UPPER: ProWeave – Water-repellent and breathable high-tenacity polyester jacquard fabric made from recycled RPET plastic yarns and reinforced with TPU thread to increase abrasion and tear resistance. Recycled RPET / BIO YARN. ATOP lacing system positioned centrally for practical and uniform tightening from top to bottom, ensuring a precise and secure fit. Animal Free (no animal parts used).
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – 3D fabric lining that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry thanks to instant sweat absorption and rapid dispersion outside the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: FRESH INSOLE – Made from recycled materials. Thermoformed dual-density polyurethane with tear-resistant multilayer fabric. Highly breathable with fast moisture absorption, enhanced by special forefoot perforation to keep the foot dry. Antistatic, antibacterial and anti-fungal. Activated carbon helps prevent unpleasant odors. Equipped with shock-absorbing heel support to reduce spinal impact and arch support for superior comfort.
SOLE: Dual Density PDU/PU – Injected midsole composed of BASF PUR Elastopan® recycled polyurethane foam granules obtained from production waste material. Ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption on all surfaces. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils and hydrocarbons. Heel energy absorption system. Non-marking sole.
LAST: ANATOMIC SOLE – Anatomically shaped injected sole that remains inalterable for the entire lifetime of the shoe. Follows the natural morphology of the foot to provide balanced support and maximum comfort.
TOE CAP: CARBON CAP – Exclusive carbon fiber toe cap. Lighter weight, wider fit and improved balance for superior comfort. Metal-free and thermally insulating, offering better protection at extreme temperatures than aluminum or steel toe caps. Certified according to EN ISO 22568-1:2019.
MIDSOLE: SHIELD-TEX – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible anti-perforation fabric insole built from several layers of high-tenacity fibers. Compliant with EN ISO 20345:2022; CSA-Z195-14; ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Rigid ABS support positioned between the anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch. Improves stability on stairs and uneven surfaces.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper, in direct contact with the foot. Enhances and stabilizes electrostatic discharge capacity throughout the lifetime of the shoe.
