UPPER: Water-repellent and breathable high-tenacity polyester jacquard fabric reinforced with TPU thread to increase resistance to abrasion and tearing. The lacing wraps around the foot to promote maximum stability thanks to the lace loop fixed to the insole, making the lacing adjustment precise. ANIMAL FREE (no animal parts used).
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – Lining in 3D fabric that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry thanks to the instantaneous absorption of sweat and its immediate dispersion outside of the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: FRESH-INSOLE – Made from recycled materials. Thermoformed in dual-density polyurethane with a tear-resistant multilayer fabric. High breathability and quick absorption thanks to a special puncturing in the forepart, keeping the foot always dry. Antistatic, antibacterial, antifungal, with activated carbon to keep the foot free from bad smells. Includes shock-absorbing heel support and arch support for greater comfort.
SOLE: DUAL DENSITY PDU/PU – Injected midsole composed of BASF PUR Elastopan® recycled polyurethane foam granules from production waste. Ensures maximum comfort and absorption of impact on all surfaces. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils, and hydrocarbons. System of energy absorption on the heel. Leaves no mark on the surface.
LAST: ANATOMIC SOLE – The anatomical shape of the injected sole, unlike removable insoles, is inalterable for the entire lifetime of the shoe. The Anatomic sole, following the natural morphology of the foot, provides natural support to all its points, ensuring maximum comfort.
TOE CAP: CARBON CAP – Exclusive carbon fiber toe cap. Lighter, guarantees a wider fit and better balance for superior comfort. Metal-free and thermally insulating at extreme temperatures superior to aluminum or steel. Toe cap certified according to EN ISO 22568-1:2019.
MIDSOLE: SHIELD-TEX – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible, anti-perforation fabric insole built with several layers of high-tenacity fibres. Compliant with EN ISO 20345:2022, CSA-Z195-14, ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Rigid ABS anti-torsion support applied between the anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch of the foot. Improves stability on stairs where foot support is not ideal.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper and in direct contact with the foot. Extra anti-static device, increasing and stabilizing electrostatic charge dispersal throughout the life of the shoes.
