UPPER: Water-repellent and breathable waxed leather with anti-abrasion scuff-cap.
LINING: 3M™ THINSULATE™ – Cold insulating lining providing protection down to -30°C while maintaining breathability and comfort.
INSOLE: PERFORMANCE – Thermoformed, run-resistant, multi-layered antistatic latex-foam fabric. Antibacterial, breathable and absorbent with anti-fungus activated carbon. Shock absorbing heel. Non-slip treatment on the reverse side.
SOLE: PU/PU Dual Density – BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam midsole ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption on all surfaces. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils and hydrocarbons. Heel energy absorption system. Non-marking sole. Certified by SATRA UK “Pedatron Test” with abrasion resistance three times higher than standard requirements.
TOE CAP: POWER CAP – Multilayer fiberglass and rubber particulate. Lightweight and robust, shock resistant up to 200 Joules. Metal-free (undetectable by metal detector) and thermally insulating. Compliant with CSA Canada regulations and exceeds EN ISO12568 requirements.
MIDSOLE: TEXON ENIGMA ZERO HT2 – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible anti-perforation fabric insole built from several layers of high-tenacity fibers. Ensures excellent thermal insulation. Compliant with EN 12568:2012; EN ISO 20344/345; CSA-Z195-14; ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Rigid ABS support positioned between the anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch. Improves stability on ladders and uneven surfaces.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper in contact with the foot. Enhances electrostatic discharge capacity and ensures increased safety throughout the lifetime of the shoe.
