UPPER: Water-repellent and breathable polyester jacquard fabric. Cut resistant, anti-fraying, rip and abrasion resistant. Anti-abrasion scuff-cap with ATOP quick closure system.
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – 3D fabric lining that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry thanks to instant sweat absorption and rapid dispersion outside the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: TECHSOFT – Thermoformed, runproof, multi-layered antistatic latex-foam fabric. Antibacterial, breathable and absorbent with anti-fungus activated carbon. Shock absorbing heel and plantar arch support.
SOLE: PU/TPU – BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam midsole ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption on all surfaces. Bi-colored TPU outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils and hydrocarbons. Heel energy absorption system.
LAST: ANATOMIC SOLE – Anatomically shaped injected sole that remains inalterable for the lifetime of the shoe. Follows the natural morphology of the foot, ensuring full support and maximum comfort.
TOE CAP: POWER CAP – Multilayer fiberglass and rubber particulate. Lightweight and robust, shock resistant up to 200 Joules. Metal-free (undetectable by metal detector), thermally insulating. Compliant with CSA Canada regulations and exceeds EN ISO12568 requirements.
MIDSOLE: TEXON ENIGMA ZERO HT2 – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible anti-perforation fabric insole built from several layers of high-tenacity fibers. Ensures excellent thermal insulation. Compliant with EN 12568:2012; EN ISO 20344/345; CSA-Z195-14; ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Rigid ABS support positioned between the anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch. Improves stability on stairs and uneven surfaces.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper, in direct contact with the foot. Enhances and stabilizes electrostatic discharge capacity throughout the life of the shoe.
