UPPER: Breathable polyester jacquard fabric. Cut resistant, anti-fraying, rip and abrasion resistant. Anti-abrasion scuff-cap. Extra normal laces included.
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – 3D fabric that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry by absorbing sweat and dispersing it outside the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: TECHSOFT – Thermoformed, runproof, multi-layered antistatic latex-foam fabric. Antibacterial, breathable, and absorbent with anti-fungus activated carbon. Shock absorbing heel and plantar arch support.
SOLE: PU/TPU BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam insole ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption. Bi-colored TPU outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils, and hydrocarbons. Heel energy absorption system.
LAST: ANATOMIC SOLE – Anatomical shape of the injected sole, unlike removable insoles, remains inalterable for the lifetime of the shoe. Follows natural foot morphology for full support and comfort.
TOE CAP: POWER CAP – Multilayer fiberglass and rubber particulate. Robust and lightweight, shock absorption up to 200 Joules. Metal-free (undetectable by metal detectors), maintains constant body temperature. Provides safety at extreme temperatures, better thermal insulation than aluminum or steel. Compliant with CSA Canada regulations and exceeds EN ISO12568 requirements.
MIDSOLE: TEXON ENIGMA ZERO HT2 – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible, anti-perforation fabric insole built from several layers of high-tenacity fibers. Ensures perfect thermal insulation. Compliant with EN 12568:2012; EN ISO 20344/345; CSA-Z195-14; ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Rigid ABS support applied between anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch. Improves stability on stairs or uneven surfaces.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper in direct contact with the foot. Increases and stabilizes dispersive capacity throughout the life of the shoe.
