UPPER: Water repellent and breathable nubuck grain leather, tear and abrasion resistant, padded on the back for greater comfort.
LINING: PLASMAFEEL 3D fabric lining that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry thanks to the instantaneous absorption of sweat and its immediate dispersion outside of the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion. WINDTEX® waterproof thermo-regulating membrane provides protection from water and wind, maintaining the ideal temperature and humidity between skin and fabric. Elastic, insulating and breathable, with reduced thickness inside the shoe, it helps maintain a constant body temperature.
INSOLE: TERM-SOFT Thermoformed needle-tufted felt and aluminium fabric that is antistatic, antibacterial, breathable and absorbent. Provides insulation against cold and heat. Shock absorbing heel and arch support.
SOLE: PU/PU DUAL DENSITY BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam midsole ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption on all surfaces. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils and hydrocarbons. Energy absorption system on the heel. It leaves no mark on the surface.
LAST: The anatomical shape of the injected sole, unlike removable insoles, is inalterable for the entire lifetime of the shoe. The Anatomic sole follows the natural morphology of the foot, providing natural support to all points and ensuring maximum comfort.
TOE CAP: POWER CAP in multilayer fiberglass and rubber particulate. Robust and lightweight, guaranteeing shock absorption up to max. 200 Joules. Being metal-free, it is undetectable by a metal detector and helps maintain a constant body temperature. It ensures maximum safety even at extreme temperatures above and below zero, offering thermal insulation better than aluminum or steel toe-caps. It exceeds EN ISO 12568 requirements.
ANTI PERFORATION MIDSOLE: SHIELD-TEX Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible, anti-perforation fabric insole built with several layers of high-tenacity fibres. Compliant with EN ISO 20345:2022.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK Anti-torsion ABS support applied between the anti-perforation midsole and the midsole at the arch of the foot. Improves stability on ladders where foot support is not complete.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) Conductive cotton tape and silver threads inside the upper and in contact with the foot. Anti-static device that guarantees greater safety than the standard and increases the dispersive capacity of electrostatic charges throughout the life of the shoes.
