UPPER: ProWeave – breathable high tenacity polyester jacquard fabric made from recycled RPET plastic yarns, reinforced with TPU thread to increase resistance to abrasion and tearing. Lacing wraps around the foot to promote maximum stability, thanks to the lace loop fixed to the insole for precise adjustment. ANIMAL FREE (no animal parts used).
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – 3D fabric that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry through instantaneous sweat absorption and dispersion. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: FRESH-INSOLE – Made from recycled materials. Thermoformed in dual-density polyurethane with tear-resistant multilayer fabric. High breathability and quick absorption due to special puncturing in the forepart. Antistatic, antibacterial, antifungal, activated carbon keeps the foot odor-free. Shock-absorbing heel support and arch support for comfort.
SOLE: DUAL DENSITY PDU/PU – Injected midsole composed of BASF PUR Elastopan® recycled polyurethane foam granules from production waste. Ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils, and hydrocarbons. System of energy absorption on the heel. Leaves no mark on surfaces.
LAST: Anatomical – The injected sole is inalterable for the lifetime of the shoe. The Anatomic sole follows the natural foot morphology, providing support to all points for maximum comfort.
TOE CAP: CARBON CAP – Exclusive carbon fiber toe cap. Lighter, provides wider fit and better balance. Metal-free with thermal insulation superior to aluminum or steel. Certified according to EN ISO 22568-1:2019.
MIDSOLE: SHIELDTEX – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible, anti-perforation fabric insole, built with high-tenacity fibres. Compliant with EN ISO 20345:2022, CSA-Z195-14, ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Rigid ABS support applied between the anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch, improving stability on stairs.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper in direct contact with the foot. Extra anti-static device, increasing and stabilizing electrostatic charge dispersion throughout the shoe’s life.
