UPPER: Water-repellent and breathable nubuk leather combined with HI-TECH fabric. Resistant to laceration and traction.
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – 3D fabric keeps the foot constantly cool and dry thanks to instantaneous absorption of sweat and its dispersion outside the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: TECH SOFT Thermoformed. Runproof, multi-layered, antistatic latex-foam fabric that is antibacterial, breathable, and absorbent with anti-fungus activated carbons. Shock-absorbing heel and plantar arch support.
SOLE: PU/PU Dual Density BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam insole ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption on all surfaces. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils, and hydrocarbons. Heel energy absorption system. Leaves no marks on surfaces.
LAST: Anatomical injected sole. Unlike removable insoles, it is inalterable for the entire lifetime of the shoe. Provides natural support to all points of the foot, ensuring maximum comfort.
TOE CAP: POWER CAP in multilayer fiberglass and rubber particulate. Robust and lightweight, shock absorption up to 200 Joules. Metal-free, undetectable by metal detectors, maintains constant body temperature, and provides superior thermal insulation. Exceeds EN ISO 12568 requirements.
MIDSOLE: TEXON ENIGMA ZERO HT2 non-metallic, flexible, antistatic, anti-perforation fabric insole, built with multiple layers of high-tenacity fibers. Provides excellent thermal insulation. Compliant with EN 12568:2012; EN ISO 20344/345; CSA-Z195-14; ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK in ABS. Applied between the anti-perforation midsole and midsole at the arch. Improves stability on ladders where foot support is incomplete.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper and in contact with the foot. Increases and stabilizes electrostatic charge dispersion throughout the shoe’s lifetime.
