UPPER: Water-repellent and breathable waxed leather with anti-abrasion scuff-cap.
LINING: PLASMAFEEL – 3D fabric that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry through instantaneous sweat absorption and dispersion. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
INSOLE: THERMOFORMED – Run-resistant, multi-layered, antistatic latex-foam fabric, antibacterial, breathable, and absorbent. Shock-absorbing heel with non-slip treatment on the reverse side.
SOLE: PU/PU DUAL DENSITY – BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam insole ensures maximum comfort and impact absorption. Polyurethane outsole with elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils, and hydrocarbons. System of energy absorption on the heel. Leaves no marks on surfaces.
TOE CAP: POWER CAP – multilayer fiberglass and rubber particulate. Robust and lightweight, shock absorption up to 200 Joules. Metal-free, thermally insulating, compliant with CSA Canada regulations, and exceeds EN ISO 12568 requirements.
MIDSOLE: TEXON ENIGMA ZERO HT2 – Non-metallic, antistatic, flexible, anti-perforation fabric insole built with high-tenacity fibres. Ensures perfect thermal insulation. Compliant with EN 12568:2012; EN ISO 20344/345; CSA-Z195-14; ASTM F2413-18.
ANTI-TORSION SUPPORT: COMPOSHANK – Anti-torsion support in ABS, applied between the anti-perforation midsole and the midsole at the arch. Improves stability on ladders where foot support is incomplete.
ANTI-STATIC DEVICE: SILVER STRIP DISCHARGE (SSD) – Conductive cotton tape with silver threads inside the upper and in contact with the foot. Increases dispersive capacity of electrostatic charges throughout the life of the shoes.
